Please Note
- The BCS plugin, like PDF Reader, Zoom, or Go-To-Meeting, provides a powerful and, crucially, accurate platform for connection testing. There are many so called Speed Tests out there today but the reality is they are not accurate. Browser only tests that do not require a plugin are simply not capable of performing tests like VoIP, Route or Capacity. In short, they do not measure the true user experience of the Internet. Visualware BCS does.

You have installed Visualware BCS and are ready to start? Select your connection type below to proceed with the BCS check. NOTE: Please preferably use the secure connection via HTTPS / WSS. If your router is a FritzBOX from the manufacturer AVM (typically in Germany), select the insecure connection via HTTP/WS in case the test via HTTPS/WSS fails.

- User with a router from AVM / FritzBox maybe need to use the insecure connection via HTTP.
- The IP address used and the browser used are transmitted. No other personal data is collected and transmitted.
- All test data is transmitted directly to dedicated test systems within the NFON network.

The Connectivity test ran two tests. Both of these tests failed, which indicates that the BCS is either not running correctly or is not installed.
If the BCS has been installed and the connectivity test is still failing, please check the BCS support website or contact us.
